Nandor is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a NUTRITION EXPERT, a tri-athlete, and an EX-NAVY SEAL!!! He has a vast understanding of the human body and his knowledge of exercise is unmatchable. Amazing qualifications?? We think so, but BETTER yet is his attitude and his energy! If there is one person in this world who could get you excited for exercise, it is this man. PLUS, he bakes a real mean muffin!!

A quick start for your first bootcamp experience:

  • Be on time. Class will start without you to make sure all bootcampers get a full workout
  • Bring a bottle of water, you will work up a sweat! Oh, and bring a towel.
  • If you must have a mat to lay on while doing floor excercises, consider bringing your own mat. We carry only a limited number.
  • After you have purchased your workout package one of us will be in touch via phone or email to go over the basics and get you on the right track.
