Josue loves the water. As Captain of both the Water Polo and Swimming
teams in High School, he is a natural born leader, and a lover of all things aquatic. More on his athletics: football, yoga, volleyball, jujitsu, backpacking, personal training, and surfing (of course). More on his being: outgoing, inspirational, energetic, inventive, and fluid (of course). He streams with confidence, overflows with enthusiasm, and can flood motivation into any exercise drought! Your fitness won’t run a drift with his navigation!!!

A quick start for your first Sherman Oaks bootcamp experience:
Be on time. Class will start without you to make sure all bootcampers get a full workout
Bring a bottle of water, you will work up a sweat! Oh, and bring a towel.
If you must have a mat to lay on while doing floor excercises, consider bringing your own mat. We carry only a limited number.
After you have purchased your workout package one of us will be in touch via phone or email to go over the basics and get you on the right track.
