Meet the Instructors
Our instructors are Martial Artists, Nutritionists, Personal Trainers, Former Military trainees, NFL trainees, Triathletes and just plain excercise nuts. The one thing they have in common as personal trainers is their ability to motivate bootcampers with their infectious attitudes and awesome exercises! Our bootcamps aren't run by drill sergents, they are run by people who want to help you achieve your personal best through positive reinforcement, support and teamwork. DULCINEA LEE HELLINGS -West Hollywood Boot Camp
Is the President and founder of ALIST FIT. She has been actively involved in the fitness industry for nearly 12 years. Dulcie is certified through AFTA in both Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction. She took 4th place in the 2003 Ms. Fitness Hollywood competition and continually strives to educate herself in all areas of health and wellness. She has designed BootCamp"Morning Crunch" as the latest extension of her Fitness Programming in hopes of reaching out to all of those In need of an effective and affordable means of exercise.

RICARDO GUZMAN - Los Feliz Boot Camp
Ricardo is an expert in the art of discipline. His focus and will power are contagious and inspiring. He is a master of self-creation and force to be reckoned with. Through earned scholarships to college by Martial Arts competition, he developed an inherent understanding of the principles to exercise. Since, he has used those lessons to help guide others on their own personal fitness quests. "Hatch" is a living testament to the power of exercise. He has trained for pro-football and is actively involved with sports and body building. He holds numerous certificates as a personal trainer and he regularly strives to broaden his knowledge through continuing physical education courses. The only things stronger than his comprehension of fitness might be his bench press...or his heart.

MEGAN NGUYEN - Pasadena Boot Camp
Megan is an ACE certified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience and a background in Dance. She has studied stretch, strength conditioning, cardio kickboxing, BOSU, Pilates, and more. Now, she is back at school studying for her Bachelor's in Kinesiology!!! Her personality is positive, and her workouts are powerful.

DAVE BALL - Culver City Boot Camp
Dave Ball is a health and fitness madman. He has developed his skills through various disciplines including Kung Fu, cycling, nutrition, Tai Chi, survival, and mountaineering. He is constantly perfecting his techniques and gaining new skills to challenge and energize you. As a personality, he is exciting; as an instructor he is motivating. In life he has braved some wild trails, now he is ready to guide you on the path of wellness.

JOHN MANUEL - Northridge Boot Camp
John is all about fitness. He got his degree in Movement and Sports Sciences from Purdue University, where he was chosen to apprentice with some of the nation's top Master Strength and Conditioning coaches. He has 3 exercise certifications in personal training, kickboxing, and stretch. His determination is inspiring, his drive is quite infectious, and his attitude is easy-going though his exercise is tough!!

J CRAWFORD - Glendale Boot Camp
J Crawford is an athlete and has been an exercise fanatic his whole life. He started with push-ups at age 10, then progressed to excel in sports like football, track & field, and basketball. Now a daily runner, J loves to get outside. He is focused on outdoor physical training over weightlifting or training in the gym. He is an early morning person with a great desire to help others reach new levels of health and fitness.

ADRIANNE PELT - West LA Boot Camp
Adrianne Pelt is a great trainer with over 9 years of experience and multiple fitness certifications. She is well versed in many types of training modalities and she stays updated on the lastest fitness research to help clients acheive their goals. Adrianne has competed in physique competitions and is always striving to take her physical fitness to the next level. She brings a high energy approach to every workout and she loves being creative with exercises. She is excited to teach Boot Camp and hopes every one she trains will reach their maximum potential of athleticism, leanness and strength.
Michael Rupnow - North Hollywood Boot Camp
Michael is an athletic superstar, he has played Football, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball and Track at the University of Kentucky. In addition to every sport in the book, he's also tried every diet in the book and has an extensive understanding of eating plans. For the last 6 years he's been using his Pre-Med studies, Sports Training background, and nutrition knowledge to develop effective workout routines and lifestyle programs for his clients. He is also a big believer in natural remedies, herbal medications, and positive attitudes. .

Nikki Hedlund - Santa Monica Boot Camp
Nikki is a competitve athlete and sports enthusiast. She has been actively involved in or trained with athletics for nearly 24 years! The team oriented environment she was brought up in taught her how to challenge and motivate others while maintaining a professional and fun atmosphere for exercise. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, pro-athlete or novice, she will help you find your place on her fitness team.

PAUL SHAW - Downtown LA Boot Camp
Paul Shaw is the real deal. Back in 2005 he weighed over 300 lbs, and from that frustration he transformed his life. He stayed committed to a balanced nutrition program, exercised frequently, and lost 100 lbs in his first year. His change was so dramatic that others turned to him for help in their own fitness quests. That’s when he got certified as a trainer and started working his magic on others. In addition to AAFA certified personal trainer, miracle worker, and weight loss success story, Paul also holds the title of former US Marine! He even trained others in college who were going to the Marine Corps and US Navy. Way to go Paul!
MYCHAEL SHANNON - Marina del Rey Boot Camp
Mychael is a swimmer, a runner, a cyclist, and an awesome personal trainer. He has completed numerous triathelons and is on course to take the title of Iron Man. His background includes Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Medical School. He has over 8 years of experience and holds two personal training certificates through NASM and Future Fit. His dedication to fitness could only be matched by his ability to keep steadfast on the ground.
