What is the Weekend Warrior Boot Camp?

Our Weekend Warrior program is a 4 hour total fitness workshop held a few times each year at one of our 12 locations around Los Angeles. It's a combination of Boot Camp Workout , Power Abs,Jogging, Stretching, Resistance Training, Partner Drills, and much much more. Think it sounds like a lot? Well it is, a lot of fun and fitness...and all for under $40.

4 hours really?

Yup, you can do it! And don't worry, We are pros and we've got a great program put together for you. You won't even realize 4 hours have passed, in fact you probably will be wishing there was a 5th hour...seriously.

BRING A SNACK, You can break whenever you need to...no yelling or screaming, just FUN!

A quick start for your first bootcamp experience:

  • Be on time. Class will start without you to make sure all bootcampers get a full workout
  • Bring a bottle of water, you will work up a sweat! Oh, and bring a towel.
  • If you must have a mat to lay on while doing floor excercises, consider bringing your own mat. We carry only a limited number.
  • After you have purchased your workout package one of us will be in touch via phone or email to go over the basics and get you on the right track.
  • Get ready for a great workout and don't worry, we are here to help you reach your fitness goals!
  • BRING A SNACK, YOU WILL NEED IT
