Boot Camp Details

The program is a mixture of cardio and strength training using your body weight,resistance bands, and the natural terrain of the park. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels.  We do things in intervals to keep your heart rate going and maximize the fat burning.  It is a challenging and dynamic workout with unique exercises to shock your body. The instructor will motivate you and encourage you to do your best, but not past the point of discomfort. You can take a break if you need to, there is no yelling or screaming.

You sign up for a 5 week period of time, check the calendar for upcoming class dates and discounts.   **You can join our session in progress if you like...just email for details**

The price varies according to your commitment level , you can sign up for 1x/wk - 5x/wk depending  on class times and locations (see the complete locations schedule below).

25 classes (5x/wk) $305
