TRAINING STYLE AND CLASS FORMAT
Our group training sessions are a combination of P90X , crossfit , calisthenics , body weight training, cardio ballet barre , pilates , yoga , kickboxing , resistance training, plyometrics, and more. We use the P90X muscle confusion technique and take it to the extreme by incorporating intensly variating routines. You won't find a more diversified physical fitness class in Los Angeles.

STRENGTH 101: BACK AND BICEPS--Complimentary muscle group training class focused on back and biceps.
KICK BOX IT!--Relieve stress as we punch and kick our way to fitness in this cardio-boxing class.
DYNAMIC YOGA Yoga fusion class combining active yoga exercises and poses..
BOOTYLICIOUS BUNS-Creating Luscious buns with rear-end focused trimming and toning moves.
CARDIO COALITION--Intervals of cardio training with 20 second recovery periods. This class will make you sweat and burn lots of fat!
SEXY SHOULDERS-- Exercises focused on creating sexy shoulder lines.
BALLERINA BODY-Workout using mostly ballet dance style exercise moves.
STRENGTH 101: CHEST AND TRICEPS--Complimentary muscle group training class focused on chest and triceps.
JUMP FOR MY LOVE-Bounciful workout using plyometrics and jumprope
CIRCUIT TRAINING--Cycles of cardio and strength exercises done in 60 second segments.
CUT TO THE CORE-- Core endurance training workout focused on the mid-section.
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT-Tone every inch of your body with this interval training class.
BALANCED BODY-- Well centered workout focused on using balance with exercises.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS-- Functional training exercises to improve daily life functions.

ABOUT SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Small group training sessions are a great way to get your personalized fitness training in while saving some money. The program is geared towards women, the class sizes are limited to 6 students per class time. The calendar is set with a month full of unique training classes for you to to attend. Tuesdays are held in the studio, Thursdays are held outdoors at the Pan Pacific Park. You can choose which types of classes you want to attend, or switch it up each week. You are in relative control of your training program with the options and dates set before you.
Prices per month:
Each session is one hour, you must use all of your classes in the month that you sign up for.
